Waking Up to a Spectacular Day!

This is what we woke up to this morning! It looked like a winter wonderland outside our window. What a splendid day here in Ellicottville.  As soon as I walked downstairs I smelled the coffee brewing and the bacon sizzling. Dave was in the kitchen whipping up his amazing farmhouse breakfast. Our good friends Christa, Tom and their children Stella and Yale spent the weekend with us skiing so they were able to enjoy the incredible amount of snow that had fallen. I would classify this a quintessential winter day....farmhouse breakfast, sledding, building igloos, roasting marshmallows and hotdogs, bonfires, snowball fights and even a little irish whiskey! Salute to waking up to a spectacular day!
